New Volare, New Sponsors!

So its all go in Volare World. Firstly we say a very sad farewell to Andy Newell, who just couldnt hack the pace anymore...just kidding, Andy had to step down to take on new challenges. But we are Super Happy to welcome Alberto Fuertes onto the team!!!!!

Alberto will be performing along side Adam in the team. As both Adam and Alberto are of simialr stature (both short arses!) and have a very simialr flying style, it seemed the perfect match. Mike is also very excited that he gets to take on the new challenge of camerman. The team have already started training and are very much looking forward to the 2009 World Cup and World Games as well as their ultimate goal, the 2010 World Championships.

To celebrate our new begining, Performance designs and United Parachute Technologies (formerly Relative Workshop who make the Vector) have agreed to sponsor the team, how sick is that! We are super pumped to be part of the PD and UPT family!

So our upcoming events are:

Mike will be in Israel 12th-22nd Dec helping to organise the Israel Freefly record. Then its straight out to Seville for the Skydive Spain Christymas boogie. Jan 10th the boys will be at the AGM putting on a seminar on Freefly Routines and available all day at the Volare Stand. Then its into Volare Tunnel camps in Feb and March. Any of that take your fancy?
